Guide for Parents to School On-Line Payment Facility.
We have recently introduced a facility to allow you to pay school expenses securely online you’re your debit card or credit card. It is called Easy Payments Plus. There can only be one account per family. The account has been initially set up in one parent’s name and this is the parent who activates the account.
Activation – PLEASE ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT asap by following these directions
- Click on the Easy Payments Plus button on the school website
- Select Activate Account on the menu at the top of the screen
- You are asked for your mobile number and surname
- You will then receive an activation code via text message to your phone
- Input this code together with your e mail address and a password to activate your account
- You can then use this e mail address and password to login and make payments
PAYMENT
- Go to the school website www.stpaulsoughterard.com and select Easy Payments Plus button
- Login using the e mail address and password you input during account activation
- Follow the instructions to select the item(s) to pay and enter card details
- You will receive a receipt via e mail for every payment you make
- From then on you can login to your account at any time and look at payments you have made and any instalments you have set up
Security
- All payments processed using Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL end-to-end encryption)
- All payments are processed by a Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant payment processor
As the year progresses the school will add new payments online eg study, trips etc
